Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for select pin codes. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is planned for 2025.

Absolutely. We source directly from authorised brand distributors and importers. Every product comes with a manufacturer warranty and official invoice.

Warranty varies by brand and product — typically 1 to 3 years. The warranty period is listed on each product page. We assist with all warranty claims on your behalf.
Can I get a product demonstration?
For high-value instruments (oscilloscopes, LCR meters, etc.), we offer video demonstrations. Contact our support team to arrange this.

What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, provided it is unused and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
